Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE if you cancel and/or do not show up to your appointment. There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment. 100% of your booked service will be charged in the case of a no call, no show. You are considered a NO SHOW if you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment with zero communication. REFUND POLICY ALAX RAE HAIR DELIGHTS HERSELF ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. I WILL NOT issue refunds on Salon Services already provided. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify me within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied, I will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you within one week of initial service (may vary based on availability). I will offer a free or discounted service at my discretion, based on your concerns.
